Cobe Cottage Black01’s exterior is black metal clad with translucent glass windows and doors that open out onto large hardwood timber decks. Its bright white interior has a spacious living area, barn doors, lime washed brushbox timber floors and a galley kitchen serviced with Miele appliances.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each accommodate a Queen size bed. Bedroom 3 adjoins Bedroom 2 and can be utilised as a dressing room, workspace or it can accommodate a single foldaway bed for a child. Black01 has 2 bathrooms, a separate laundry, lockup garage plus pad parking and a large fenced backyard.
